Sounds okay to me Yella! Nice, stress-free day trotting across the country-side for you at someone else's expense. Enjoy! If it were me, I'd be telling them I'll take the Storm & they can pay a fee per km.

And Paul, you neglected to mention dementia. Gotta be the most entertaining/excruitiating patients!

Had one old duck spend about 10 mins whinging to me about how poor her sight was, then she stopped mid-sentence, leant back, as if to get a good look at me & said "my, you're a pretty girl"... How are you supposed to take that???

And then there are the old fellas who alternate between trying to chat you up (well, possibly not 'you', Paul) or cop a grope & trying to slug you fair across the jaw!

Nursing's bloody hard work, but boring is one thing it aint!

Got the link train at 7:17, change at York and reached Kings Cross as adverised at 11:12 ! 8O
Circle line to Aldgate and a walk down Fenchurch St. 8O
About an our and a half finding the contractors, instructing them, etc, etc and then the same journey in reverse except for almost an hours wait at Kings Cross which i spent drinking Kronenbourg at the pub in the station !!!! :D :D :D

Kings Cross over here is the most infamous prostitution/gay area in alllll the land. Naturally, it's an inner suburb of Sydney...

ps - back to the original theme: Couple of guys I know work for an exhibition contractor. Once a year they fly to Venice to put in two screws on an exhibition stand, to hold up, yes, a venetian blind! Get p*ssed for a few days until the exhibition closes, unscrew the blind, fly home. My kinda job!

pps They also get to go to Stockholm and spend time in nightclubs - have you figured a way of uploading that one yet Kaz?

S'ok Kaz, you're way ahead of me on the tech stakes. Maybe I'll just PM it to the favoured few. Martin got it for his birthday treat, I think!!

thats what i was hoping to do Chris... but I don't know how to open the pics and change them to jpegs.. i can only view the file as a power point?
I'm assuming you're running XP Kaz.

Start the PP show. As each page loads hit the "print screen" button beside F12.
Open "Paint" go to "edit" and click on "paste". The PP page should be there now. You can then go to "edit" and "save as" any number of file extensions including jpeg's in the drop down menu.

If that doesn't work let me know.
