If they're still at home when you'd rather they weren't, it's simple. You're doing too much for them. Stop doing their washing, ironing, cooking, cleaning, etc & charge them reasonable board. They'll soon be out. If not, they're there for a reason & ya can't complain.

i try to encourage my 3 boys to spend time with their dad, but the little blighters won't go!
oh well, the eldest is coming up 16, soon be able to take him to the pub!

I can't wait till mine are riding age so we can all go out for a trash together.
Of course, dad (moi) will be the one wearing the old fashioned full face Shoei and riding some contraption with a manual gearbox, rubber tyres and needs to stop for petrol every 200kms !
They'll be zipping past on their flybywire chickenpoo powered floaty things.
no, I don't feel old.
But sure am looking forward to those days
