Just press the "quote" button and edit what you want leaving any [quote*=RAINMAKER] and [/quote*] tags. Or visist a BBcode Guide and learn how to do it manually (the best option as you'll learn other funky stuff too) I'd recommend:

You could also use Firefox browser as there's a nifty plugin that adds a right mouse click context menu that will perform BBcode tag commands for you. (see:
FIREFOX and:
BBCODE EXTENSION (not to mention how much Firefox kicks Internet Explorer's ass for just about everything...)
