'soop, yup it is a uni toon, but when i've seen adverts for student flats for £600 a month, i've not much hope of finding a 2/3 bedroom house for much cheapness.

although the idea of hanging about round the notice board in the uni sounds appealing, as does trying to find some nice young fit women to share my rent with...

Zero, can you PM me your new address, and i'll do the same back, might be able to drop down for a visit once i get settled in, and you're welcome to come up for a visit as well, if i can afford to stay in this place for more than 6 months we can have a storm meet at my house, big patio and garden for mega party, scare the neighbours, lol.

I'll be up with Cuppa but what rod do i need coarse or fly.

Ill P.M all with the new address and directions for those with no sense of direction.ONCE we are in and settled so it'll be beginning of jan or thereabouts.
we might have to call upon the good graces of a couple of strong willing types to help poor ol broken me a hand into the wagon with the heavy stuff i'll endeavour to P.M everyone as all on this site are most welcome anytime..yes even you paul i'll post a date for when we will be hiring the wagon it'll need to be a 7.5 tonner with a tail-lift. and we will probably keep it over the xmas -hogmanay period as we will need to do more than one journey.. unless of course one of you already knows of /has one and will help out for fuel and a bung??

I might be able to borrow a 7.5 tonner with tail lift i will need deffo dates for when you need it and i`ll even drive it for you as long as you supply the choccie biccies
