It's a garden feature!

It is at the minute...and the misses is well pissed off lol

Plan for this evening, get the wiring hidden and get it running  8)
Mine is currently a garage feature for a similar reason. My loom needs fixing back together again after my successful alarm installation mission. Everything works, I just need to apply several miles of black insulting tape to make it neat... Before which I have to decide where I'm going to put the flashing LED, or if I'm going to have more than one... Which will require a bit of electronics and a few extra wires run somewhere.

What we really want is a nice sunny day. Nothing like that to get you to pull your finger out and get the bike back on the road. Unfortunately all I've got right now is gales and a sideways monsoon.

I've just fitted the long stack at the front, to be honest I can't really tell a massive difference, it does feel slightly different, but if someone fitted it without me know I don't think I'd tell! :? if you know what I mean.

Ps. I tested it out in the dry too so managed to give it a good thrashing!
May I retract this statement, after trying it some more, I can tell a difference.

It pulls like a train even in 6th!

Took it out for a very wet ,windy, cold ride!

Murv the not so swerve, came to mine ,then we rode over to Tony Mons in glorious spring drizzle, where Tony performed open Storm surgery & did the stopper mod on Murvs Silver Slug. Stopper mod as his stock of Bazza manuals has run dry, common Bazza get down the workshop you missed a sale!

Rode home & the wind was picking up & the rain was getting harder. Was a bit damp when I got home. Broke the law by washing the crap off with the hosepipe, quick leather off & put it to bed in the garage.

Came in & warmed up.

Bloody weather. :x

Stood and watched Tony M carry out the stopper mods on my CCT's, cheers mate  after an enjoyable, if not wet, ride over there with MacV2
Really miserable ride home though, strong wind and torrential rain the whole way.
Was very cool to have a ride out with Mac's enraged sounding bike (I'd be bloody annoyed if I was Red too) and Tony's stunning machine. It was interesting to note how quick Tony's bike was, just having a Silver cover on it seems to have resulted in some Silver power rubbing off on it

I can't believe how filthy my bike is though, I've never had one get that ratty before (except for commuter bikes) so it will be a full toothbrush and polish job just as soon as (if) the bloody rain ever stops.
Good to know it's protected against the dreaded CCT failure though :D

Cheers guys,

Chris

Ha he is a tool isn't he,
when i used be out a lot i would bump into his lot on nights out, cheeky Hippo would expect people to buy him a drink, fook off(by his lot i mean him and his mates not Asians in general before anyone jumps on that bandwagon!)
one time i remember seeing him being driven around and he was waving at people out the range rover like he was the fooking queen as he went up and down bradshawgate, he's also not the good boy he portrays to the media

Good trade off though, to remove the worry of the Auto tensioners.

Fitted stopper mod in Murv's bike, we had manuals planned but Bazza needed his stock back to fulfil his promises, fair do's and all.
Murv asked to see my bike, wasn't planning to join them on the ride back but once the cover was off and it got rain on it I figured what the hell and went out for half an hour to play in the rain.

Good of Mac V2 to drop over as well, just to show the locals which colour's fastest round my neck of the woods

Mine probably needs cleaning now, but then, to be fair, it needed cleaning anyway......No point now, Wales in a couple of weeks....Bound to chuck it down.
Bring it on!
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
