Love the Red screen mate, what make is it?
It's a Fabbri double bubble. Cost about £85 and took 3 weeks to arrive though

No rain for the first time in.....I can`t remember! Took the Storm out and rode a tankful out in a "spirited fashion" . Best couple of hours on a bike for a very long time
One of those rides when everything just gelled together. A lot of us say it but I can NEVER see me selling this bike. My only regret is that I didn`t buy one years ago. :Beer1:

Right I understand now, that very clever  Just been looking up the UPOL filler, looks like bloody good stuff. Learn something new everyday :) Which filler did you buy and where from? I take you now where the good deals are  and what size tap and threads are needed please.
I like it I'm gonna have a go with mine.

A blue one unfortunately but it is a nice shade of blue not that ghastly metallic Tahitian crap, so that's a bonus init!

TBH I don't know & nor does the vendor, but I'll stick it in have a twiddle, 3 ways apparently, & if its too stiff or soft (ooh er mrs!) I'll get it re sprung for my svelte like figure.

I used a 10mm tap, drill size 8.5, drilled to 15mm depth. Best to lock the threads with high strength loctite.

I bought the upol metallic filler from halfrauds, £6.49 iirc.

Don't mix too much filler, its fairly runny so it took 3 layers at half hour intervals to fill the void.

Hardest bit is getting the holes drilled perfectly central into the stalks.
