Regarding the cams, webcamschafts (us) or kent cams (uk) could be available, but these are probably more stage2, so not sure about street performance. Pistons can be made on order. The rest like airbox, work (new bore, tuning ...), spare parts, head porting ... Depends on phantasy, but definitely not under 3.5k usd for all.

iv found since owning this bike you could end up building the bike everybody else wants lol...

as far as engines go and the use il have for it ,a good fit storm engine will do what i want of it... on the subject of a mori engine(pure porn) im close to finding out the owner that has the mori engine this bike had at the start of its life

either way. and no matter what engines in it, its still a rather sexy chassis with lots of good bits on it and that keeps me more than happy

Looking great. Honestly when I see height of rotor, I smell some troubles with calipers. Hope the work area of calipers is not exceeding too much.

well been quiet here for a while so mancave time. got a set of carbon engine covers. spot on fit i have to say.

for £60 delivered to the door cant be bad.

now brakes. or rather lack of front brakes, the storm discs dide look lost on the front wheel. it appears the only way to get 320s to fit the stud pattern i had on the dymags is to get after market. so got the pfm discs a while back and i simply dont have 6 pot lockheed type money to throw at this. so i contacted th guy who had the brembos on ebay. so after much offering and bargaining i got them for decent money.
i have to say the discs do fill the wheel out..the blame for spending this money is, well you lot, thats what iv told the wife and im sticking to it.

i just wasnt in a happy place with the rearsets on the new one. so after googling myself to death i could spend a fortune on spondon ones,if i could find a set or use me head a bit.. it turns out GSXR K1/2 have the same mounting holes as the spondon ears...

are they correct for the bike? of course not but those days are long gone
