A very fast Dyno!

Anyway, today I have been crafting these out of finest bits of steel sheet I found lurking in the garage - possibly bits of old washing machine!

well today i have fitted a long front stack ( provided by and assisted by masterdave  )

only had a short ride with it in and i would say that appears to be free-er revving up to 5 or 6 thousand ,so to me it did seem to improve low range . now looking forward to having a proper blast on a fast road to see what the top end is like .
may be imagining it but could it reduce engine braking at all ?.
also believe it sounded a bit more throbby.... nice.

thanks again master d.

Today i have removed a stubborn generator cap cover, fitted MCCTs, and added another long stack, all went well, helped no end by advice from this forum, so this is a public thankyou to all who contribute to this knowledge base.
new iridium plugs and a new OEM air filter finish the overhaul, and i just had time to turn the key and check it went back together ok before dinner was ready! all seems good, im pleased to report- a proper shake down is in order first thing in the am. i cant wait!

This was recorded on a Sony Z1 Camcorder in HD using a Sennheiser ME64 Microphone. It is as accurate as possible but does reflect what is sounds like for real. It sounds better for real :biggrin

Fitted sat nav mount...Took it out for an hour this eve. Only wore jeans, and first ride since had seat adjusted. All my corners were 50p pieces, more due to hating riding without leathers on. Roll on good weather !!

I've only gone and got it running again

I was a bit nervous about starting it up with having moved and messed about with the loom and changing the CCTs, but turns out there was no need. Seemed to strike up better than it ever has done before too...combination of the bigger battery and the CCT swap I suspect.

All that's left to do now is swap the short stack, fit and wire the rear lights, spray rear fairing, mount the plate, rewire the headlights cause I bust some connectors and give it a service.

The list is getting smaller :)

GET THE FCUK IN!!!
