I found a Japanese copy of a Pixies best of the other day. I've no idea where it came from and I can't read the song titles on my ipod!

Al what was the name of that band you played in Wales? Was it Macabies?

I think it was the Macabies but can't be sure now.

You will need to go through their stuff on spotify and see if it is what you remember

Jamie, I doubt that it was that song as I don't have that album yet , but the Maccabees do have a good retro feel to them on some songs, I will. Go through the tracks I have and see if I can remember

oh right, can't be that one then! It was similar but a bit more punchy, I think...
