Cheers all, nah its gonna be mig'ed mostly the one weld on show might be tig'ed but none of it's being done by me as there are MUCH better welders out there than me. I'll be grinding out the mig welds out to make them look nice though.

I've finally made some real progress:
Got the sub frame akl welded up
Fitted it to the bike
And got the tail in primer
Also modified the tail light to work better/ actually be visible but didn't get any pics of that......

are the locating swivels still adjustable so you can alter the angle of the seat unit?

Love the tail fairing. Now all toy need is the front.

Carl: I had seen it but it didn't click it was the same one. Will have aread of the thread.
Bigwin: yep they are which was lucky as it wasn't right the first time ;-)
Has anyone cut down the front mud guard on one of these. I'm not keen on it as standard and wondered if there were any examples?
