Beyond me currently that mate, id have yo get Benny to help out when he's able to and when its a bit warmer again

Once i've been shown what I'm doing I'm ok with it but until then im as always baffled lol

I'm the same seb ! I learn better from being shown as compared to reading a how to .

don need dialing in with slotted gears, just pop them in.
the timing and duration numbers are in the pdf manual for comparison.
you take out the inlet cams and replace them with exhaust cams. job done.
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.
