Just gone in the garage to find the bike on its side aaaaagh Snapped lever, scratched fairing and belly pan and mirror, Feck knows how but side stand can't have been down properly or something, i will check who was in there last!!! Thats really piffed me off! Normally on the Rear bike stand but i put it in backwards ready to get out early, then went out last night. It may be the daughters boyfriend as his fishing gears in there

i'll check to see if I have a spare lever and mirror mate, I won't know for a couple of weeks tho, gutted for you mate....

Guys many thanks for the replays, I've put the original levers back on, done as much as i can with the fairing and belly pan scratches for the moment. Gear lever was bent up and in and with some careful fettling thats now ok. Its the fairing thats my main issues as crap at bodywork.
The Mirrors were a bit pants anyway so may buy some more after the summer.

May be a good time in Nov to do the seat mod and respray. Riding it all summer though.

I was gutted, as the bike now has scratches and some bits missing, it was perfect, however a ride yesterday reminded me how good these bikes are to ride. Bedsides that back bit will be gone next November when the seats lobbed off.

two things today.
firstly I fell over on a muddy slope......doh!!!
and secondly I finally sell a refurbed starter motor on ebay, good news, well it would be if I was in the uk to dispatch the bloody thing....double doh!!!
I could have sworn i'd stopped the ebay advert before leaving the uk, now i'm waiting to see if the buyer can wait another 10 days before it can be dispatched, or whether he would prefer a full refund....
