Have fun (report please..)

I am reg plate 'OCD'.
No mods planned. This (to me) is the sort of bike that should be kept original.
Yes, it is a tighter fit than our 'full size' bikes, but it seems light and sweet handling although awaiting good weather for proper enjoyment.
Very nice exhaust roar; I'm surprised it's not quieter. It must run very close to just being legal, and that suits me fine. One inconsistency though, Triumph has boasted the quality light carbon parts and weight reduction here and there, and then they go and put a damn lead acid battery in it

. Go figure! Most would expect, as did I, that it would come standard with lithium. I even purchased a Li-lo Optimate in advance.
A reasonable afternoon in West Mids tomorrow, so I'll set it on a path to Worcester.

It occurred to me today that I'm in my eighth decade.
Born 1957, so I was alive in the fifties, and the sixties, seventies, eighties, nineties, noughties, twenty tens and now twenties.
I suppose it cheered me up....
Wonder if I'll get a ninth?

The horrible spotty thing is an FT500 which has suffered the attention of an angle grinder and then been sprayed in a colour blindness test pattern. It’s up for sale.....£3750!!!!!
