If the exhaust a badly damaged It might be time to go with the 2-1 exhaust and sell the titanium to help pay the repair bill . Just a thought !

tbh honest the exhaust isn't to bad, but i like the idea, i could get a single high level link pipe made up, then i'd just have to get a quality single carbon can....
if i could do it before the dyno.....mmmmmmmm

Too much Blue. I don't like those tail lights.
My chain tool pin/riveter is bent. Rather than me be bringing a hammer with me, I think it would be better to take the bike over the road and get him to rivet the link pins with a proper tool. They wont charge for a 1min job out of concern for your safety.

Have you still got the braced swingarm on Marty? You will need to have the chain riveted in place after it's threaded through the brace won't you?

i've had someone look at the damage, tomorrow i hope to repair some of it, i've already replaced the mirror and indicator.
carl are you still bringing the rivet gun so i can repair the exhaust? if you could bring the ball hammer i would appreciate it mate, because of the plympic games lanes it would take tens mins for me to take the bike 100yds

looking good that mate. +1 on the number plate, the first copper i went past gave me a 60 quid fine and made me sign something saying if i got caught again the DVLA would withdraw my registration completely, he had a piece of paper in his car with the requirements of a number plate, so i think theyve been told to clamp down on it

Will do mate. Forgot about the poxy Olympics, he will be closed over the road. That number plate is worse than the last one. Looks stupid. It should be on a car not a bike

Why not put the nice one on with the VTR100.org on it

heres some new pictures of the bike,
i'm happy with some of it and a little dissapointed with some of it aswell.
for example, i like the look of the rear lights, but the undertray they're mounted too doesn't seem to fit that well, and for some reason my single seat cover doesn't have a equal gap to the rear fairing that it used to have
all the led's work well but even with brand new resisters the flash rate is to fast
i'm very happy with the loom after carl repaired and re-routed it
the new chain is great aswell, i also like my new blue headlight subframe
i'm gutted i didn't get to fit the 19ltr tank, but the part i need is on order and should arrive next week, so not to long to wait.
then i'll be able to fit new fuel lines aswell.

tbh i'm not loving the big standard numberplate, but because i'll be at brands hatch tomorrow and theres bound to be lots of plod, i thought it best to put the original one on for now, oh and i balls'd up the numbering on the super small plate so i doubt it will ever get used
