Soon Rear end will all be done, then cct’s to do new coolant hoses to fit, tackle the front sump bolt that’s sheared as every bit that sticks out on the bike will be removed as I may need to lay it down on its side

to get to the bolt if that does not work its sump off. The main thing it's keeping me sane on these Dark/Dull days and nights.

Went shopping on the Murvinator, popped in to see me MOT man & booked the Murvinator in for Friday morning.
Got home washed it, cleaned, adjusted & lubed the chain.

Replaced the heated grips with some new ones.
Stuck with the Oxfords, I got five years out of the last ones so lets hope these last as long.

Not exactly the bike, but cleaned my helmet and two pairs of boots. I got a £20 voucher when I bought my car insurance, and spent it in Halfords. Bought some muc-off helmet and boots cleaner foam, it seems very good.
It was a bit weird sniffing my boots afterwards, (and not something I'd normally recommend), but much improved and freshened.

Nice did you remove PC from earth points ? IIRC you need bear metal where it attaches to the frame & you must have bare metal for the reg/rec earth. The green wire that goes under the bolt that holds it on the plate...

Circle is the R/R mount hole. Dots inside of arms... Scrape back to bare metal.

Installed the large needle bearing to the left side of the swingarm today, don’t know why was worried about getting the install right. Went in fine the bearing drift width was 14.5mm so when flush bearing was at the right depth.
Torqued down the front sprocket and refitted the sprocket casing seem to of lost some clutch pressure when refitted and putting the clutch leaver back on. May need to bleed but have a new braided hose kit for the connection.

Cheers Mac and mjvw. I'll make sure there is a connection before putting it all back together
The satin black subframe looks great

To Mac and nosepicker.
The green earth that bolts on with the reg/rec is not the reg/rec earth, that earth is in the wiring and block connector. It is still an earth though but should be ok if the bolt and thread is clean. It is important though to have a good connection between the main frame and sub frame so making sure it's metal to metal where it attaches is a good idea.
