So glad me and the ex managed to sort it out between us when they went from the old system to the new one .
With the new one you pay more and she gets less ! Even the government wants you to sort it out privately and not use the new system .

Whilst contemplating the meaning of the cosmic patterns this morning in my usual position, my inner thoughts are disturbed by the slightest intermittent "thwobs" ?
My inner self realised that this thwob was not in sink with either my pulse, burbling lung functions or my internal clock ticking down.....

Pissed of with my mental workout being interrupted I finish my cycle to investigate the source is said culprit.

Feeder pipe to the cistern is leaking and dripping onto floor.
Ripped the flooring up to discover boards are soaking, its crept under the bath, under the wall into the boys cupboard, into the hall......
Leak sorted.
Flooring up and dumped in garage, Windows left open. Went to work. When I get back on Friday I'll assess and see how bad floor is before and if I call insurance.

Now back to those cosmic patterns......

discovering that just talking on the phone to a structural engineer makes him think he can send you a bill for mucho dollar (+ vat)

having a new tyre fitted to my friends bike, and finding out that the garage have scraped shed loads of paint off the rim, I won't be using them again.
