I can assure you after the wedding , with the impending honeymoon and with the RD500 engine needing a full strip and rebuild PLUS my daughter moving in with us last weekend, the podders wallet looks like its been put in a vac bag...

I would say it's more to do with how the under-tray has been fitted than the product itself. It looks like it's not been secured in place very well.
Looking on the bright side, at least you now have more storage space

lol at the storage space!...Do you have one of these undertrays? Just 2 screws secure it to the rear and 2 self tappers straight into the undertray directly underneath...Unless im missing something?
Not man enough for the job long term, ive seen a few sitting on the rear tyre over the years...
