thats crap news Shaun, i hope you get to the bottom of the issue soon
I don't think I ever bother with the 'or best offer'. It seems flawed. Either you have a price in mind, or you're clearly asking for more than you're actually willing to accept, in which case, why bother?agentpineapple wrote: ↑Mon Aug 14, 2017 10:50 pm when you make an offer on an item on ebay that's priced at £15. and the seller comes back with a counter offer of £14.50, just over a whopping 3%.
hardly worth them offering the best offer.....![]()

if the auction is for something special, I use an auctionsniper site, you nearly always win, you have to pay a fee for it, but it's worth it to secure the special parts....Loo Kahs wrote: ↑Mon Aug 14, 2017 10:54 pmI don't think I ever bother with the 'or best offer'. Auctions are the best. Wait till 20 seconds are left and big happilyIt always amazes me how people place a bid early and don't pay attention at the end.
It's easy enough to snipe an auction yourself! not worth wasting your cashagentpineapple wrote: ↑Mon Aug 14, 2017 10:59 pmif the auction is for something special, I use an auctionsniper site, you nearly always win, you have to pay a fee for it, but it's worth it to secure the special parts....Loo Kahs wrote: ↑Mon Aug 14, 2017 10:54 pmI don't think I ever bother with the 'or best offer'. When I want to guarantee a win I have been known to put a max bid of £1000 on a £50 item
