Great to meet every one (even Kitch - again) - shame there wasn't more Storms though
, but we had a good run and a good laugh along the way.
After a, lets say, interesting start to procedings, everything went swimmingly.
As for the roads, well, I think a mixture would be the right way to put it.
I love those un numbered twisties through t' Dales I know they're not everyone's cuppa but licence is well safe.
Shame about the few bits between Leyburn and the far side of Masham which were a bit gravely in places. They must have had some heavy rain recently as they were nowhere near as bad a few weeks ago when me and a mate did similar trip.
I think I'll always know that certain stretch of road between Blubberhouses and A59 as 'Cow Sh1t Rise' from no on!
Must remember that rise on way up the hill to Hawes too - Note to self, "back off or you'll be making air and getting a right wobble on again"
Was apparently quite spectactular, at least for Jim! I wouldn't know - too busy praying.
Anyone know if I should report 'Near Misses' to the Civil Aviation Authority for me taking off as above, or for the bird strike that I never saw? (good job I didn't I'd have crapped me sel).
TBH I'd forgotten just how long, straight, flat and tempting a couple of the latter stretches were
At least there's excellent visibility
Only casualty of this particular meet ........ My mobile phone ! I'm a bugger for forgetting to zip my pockets up
Anyone out between Keld and the Tan Hill In look out for a nice Sony phone, one 'careless' owner.
Jim ........... Keep the bloody Storm, you know it make sense! What a cracking bike (won't mention you know what
).
I reight enjoyed the day and am glad everyone else did too.

Awesome day! Great bunch of peeps. I am a massive fan of the the twisty, bumpy, air grabbing B roads we used. Top route Red, the iffy start was soon forgotten. I lost count the number of back end trouser filling moments I saw
Reds low level fly past, Gixxer mates straight on at the bend and Horse sh1t dance, and as Red mentioned Cow sh1t rise just after passing that Porsche 911
Top day and one of my favourites to date, I have been on good rides that should have been excellent but were set at the wrong pace. That pace was perfect for me.
Hope to see you all again Storm or not.
Yeh yeh my battery failed in the alarm remote before the piss taking begins
All good now though Zipper

I see myself as a sensitive intelligent man but with the heart of a clown that causes me to **ck things up right at that crucial moment........'Jim Morrison'
