You are still a baby in real terms. I am 65 been riding since I was 15 still riding still doing 2 jobs not ready to hang up my helmet yet. Been wondering whether to move up to an RC8 seen some good deals at 8k but think I would keep the Storm.

I plan / hope to be like you - intend to keep myself reasonable fit as to give me the best chance - my son is only a week old, be nice to think I would be touring with him in 21 years time!!

Headgear. You young thing you! I'm 61 in a couple of weeks, got a
bus pass, .. and at the moment even got a walking stick,and probably only a couple of years away from wearing incontinence pants....How old is that? bought my storm in 2001,and had my first bike aged about 13 ish( field bike)and had a bike of one sort or another ever since.

Cheers for that Pete, I'm sure once your under way you'll forget all about the discomfort and your backside will mould itself nicely into the seat,... it' anything after the second mile of your journey you've to worry about .......Don't take any notice "I'm only jealous"

Well I'm 51 had my storm since September love it to bits. I bought my last bike (Kwack GPz550) new in 1985 and still use it, so I hope i will still be using the Storm when I'm 76.......
