Had the fright of my life when I went to insure mine the first time :eek2
I was only paying £120 ish fully comp on the Firestorm, my first look for the SP came up with £550 :eek2 or £1100 using Honda's own insurance. Nearly Shat a brick!
A bit of a search around and you'll soon find some better offers. I haven't got it down to £130 yet but I'm not as old as Mike and Marra  (I think they will be 1000 next year  )
My new ride is a bit of a Howler and I love to make her Squeal

9 hours and counting.... :D

Subject to weather, I may even get a spin up to Shrewsbury on it tomorrow.. Fingers crossed... The courier was telling the Missus that the guy didnt really want to hand it over. The guy I bought this off had only just passed his test and picked an SP as his first bike. Brave guy... I think he's looking at a Street Triple which is a great bike. My first bigger bike was an MZ TS250 which I ended up riding with a sidecar  ..... Happy days...

Insurance was interesting.... :x Mine runs out in May and I have my Trip and Storm on it.. Storm has gone to replaced by SP1 and it was an extra £100 premium!!
Most likely £30 of that £100 will be admin charges for change of policy
