Booked, whole fambly going, I booked it through the Silverstone website and am on their official on-site campsite.

The other sites were a bit cheaper, but a few other people I know are on the official site.

We'll have the big tent, so room to store helmets, leathers, if you want, in the car for safe keeping.

I'll be riding up Fri, leaving about half three in the afternoon from Dartford Bridge on the M25, hooking up with Bazza and maybe Jonesy.

So anyone else going?

EDIT: booked time from work, so 15.30 I'm rolling.
Bazza, see you at Brentwood services about 16.00?

i have checked with the offical campsite(Woodlands) no one can come on the site unless they have a ticket, so people wanting to come for the weekend but dont want to see BSB.

you cant book camping only at Woodlands but it seems that the website allows you to book more camping tickets than racing tickets, but taliking to Silverstone will not allow this if you phone order. I presume Tony has done this allowing his whole family to come along.

I have done some research and the Silverstone golf club looks to be the closest to the Woodlands campsite down on by club corner. if anyone is looking to stay there then we would have to take numbers and meet up for the ride out on the Saturday.

I was hoping someone local would come up with a good route for Saturday and take on leading duties, but no one has, yet! lol

I will try and memorise a decent route for the Saturday for those turning up for the rideout on the Saturday.

I'll let you know soon.

I have just moved house and have no internet hence the lack of presence on the site lately.

Tony's sister lives local and he said she will know some routes, she will be on her bike.

Geo what are you thinking of doing, you camping the weekend or just coming down for the Saturday ride out?
