just an observation, i have to admit that red is one of the nicer colours the firestorm came in.
The log book says its a VTR1000F2, this may explain it ?

Very nice, I got mine in November, took a few goes to get really comfortable but now love it. I don't find the engine braking a problem, personally. Someone else I know mentioned this, but I dont agree, still waiting for it to be fair, when it catches me out I will let you know. I also would spend three and four times more money on a bike. Never again. :D

I'm "white van man" so don't like to brake unless forced so to be fair I probably need to calm down a bit and get used to it rather than hootling round like a loony every time I go out ! The problem with only riding a bike for pleasure is that you tend go mad when you get the chance to go out for a play. Once I'm in the seat I'm instantly 20 years younger and turn into "Animal off the Muppets" :oops: Never did grow up that way apparently !!
