There is no problem in polishing the anodising off the Moriwaki cans if you wish. These cans were also available from the factory in polished Titanium (WT) at the same price. The only thing is that the coloured cans make them instantly recognisable as a Moriwaki product as no other manufacture managed to properly emulate the colours although some have tried with varying degrees of failure!
