Not sure how acruate it is but just use a clinometer app on my phone on the photo of me ground round that bend. I'm at 47degree lean How much more would you reckon I had before it got nasty?
didn't see that question before Chris... it must be an age thing where I can only take is so much information
that photo shows you were well lent over, and there will soon be a risk that you will go off the edge of the tyre and loose grip just when you need more. suggests that you need to get your body off the bike more.... same thing as I need to do
for me its moving my skinny butt right off the side of the seat and then the upper body will follow, I don't think the bars will make much difference to me.
I have always been told off for sitting "ON" the bike, no mater what I have been riding......... just need to recalibrate and force the change because in my head I already think I am sitting off the bike
I know what you mean, took me a while to get into shifting my elbow off the seat. But for me to get my knee down my outside foot has to be tip toeing on the peg, making me feel rather unstable as that's the leg holding me on the bike it's worth a try with clip ons. Got them rather cheap so no big deal if it doesn't work
when they are up, you should go to ........ "novice group"...."Yellow bikes".... then there should be a folder marked "Alastair" where he put all my photos........ the lowside ballet dance will be in there in all its glory.
