HA LOL! - There's one drawback with that:

Diabetic debt collectors can be warded off like slugs doncha know!

Whilst you can keep slugs away by putting salt round stuff you want to protect, diabetics can be kept from entering places by people sprinkling a bag of sugar across a doorway.
