I bought my storm 2 years ago, its a 2000 W from a local bike shop, with 5000 miles on it (It had been dynojetted and k+n'ed) and paid £3000. So unless Storm prices have risen (which I doubt) £2700 seems a bit on the dear side with 28K on it. But thats only my opinion which according to my wife is worth almost nothing

sometimes you have to go with your heart and not your wallet.looks a good buy to me,smart lookin bike though.how many bikes on this site will have over 40000miles on them?mileage only counts if your bothered...storms go forever

That is a damn nice looking bike indeed, hope the auction goes your way. How come you decide to part with the mille, I'd clearly prefer a storm too but i'm just interested in why you do as the press would have the Mille as superior...

Also been told that the most cash that would come our way if a swap was to be done would only be £500. and that is deffinately nowhere near enough... so looks like i'm sticking with the mille for a bit longer.
Thats a shame it didn't workout Kaz, but at least you now know where you stand, which is better than being left in the dark
I am sure things will workout OK in the end
Chris.
