Came without assembly instructions but not hard to figure it out.
Though the variety of headstock pins that came with the stand aren't big enough for the storm - so using the smallest 13mm one and fitting a 17mm ½" socket does the job and ensures clearance underneath the fairing.
I've just bought one of these, not sure if i'm missing something but it folds forwards and backwards, and cant for the life of me work out how the hell it's supposed "lock" to use it???

Fold it, insert the headpin into the stem and push down on the handle to lock. Once the head pin is inserted into the stem, it locks the frame solid and stops it moving backwards or forwards

Just make sure you pick the right size (tightest fitting) pin. If its too loose you can end up lifting against the fairing before the front wheel leaves the ground......

took off the damaged 19 litre petrol tank and stripped it of all its componants, it will be off to the repairers soon , i was very tempted to take the high levels off and give them a polish, thankgod i've got crap tools
by the way, what a pain in the butt draining the last bit of fuel from the tank....

I got one of those headstock lifters as well - looks the same. Made a new pin at work the right diameter.
The best thing is it's what I wanted but bought a cheaper model that fitted under the forks from eBay and they sent the wrong one
I was too busy to get around to sending it back
It is a bit confusing to use at first and you have to be careful of your brake hoses if you have braided ones without the 'Y' as you can pull them tight if not careful where you position it

Yesterday and today I've been in my garage taking the bike to bits .
Gave the engine a little clean
Took the plastics to bits so I can get them ready for the painter next week .
The rear sub frame is going to the painters with the plastics so he can build the rear section up to get the number boards to match on the seat unit and the seat cowl .
I'm having pin strips to :-)
Then I striped the front end out and the rads .
That will do for the weekend me thinks

Chric, your bike looks super apart from that bit of string holding the engine to the indicator...
As for me, I just rode it yesterday while the weather was good. Cold but nice
