42 and still can't figure out where the time has gone.

Ok gramps that lets me in to declare my 62nd birthday next month. I passed my test at age 16 but didn't ride for 20 years as I was too poor to afford a bike. Started up again about 20 years ago. Very handy these bus passes especially now the free travel is national. Just as fit as when I was 18 but in a lot of pain trying to prove it !

By my dodgy maths our average age is (drumroll)....................

the big 4 0!!

49 of us with a combined age of 1,975. The youngest is 21 and the oldest 63.

As with many things in life, that makes me just below average!!

54, and retiring to a life of leisure through voluntary redundancy. Now every sunny day I can go out on the bike instead of having to just look longingly through the window...
