I rode the wheels off it on 150 miles out of Norwich, down the B1113 to Stowmarket, the across country again to Ipswich and back via Ixworth and Thetford and Watton.

Brilliant. :D
Two bikes, still only four cylinders!

Planned on going Oulton Park to watch qualifications but stayed in and watched MotoGP been thinking about going for a razz for a while but looks like it going to piss down any minute...

Tried my leathers on last night, I've put a fair bit of weight on from last year but can still zip them up just a bit uncomfortable now

Absolutely bloody beautiful leathers with not a mark on them and very little use, only shame is they are Red and White Andy bikes blue so might sell them to get some used blue ones

hears the leathers (uk size 44) i'm thinking of selling just trying work out a price

Fitted a Bazzer CCT to the money pit. Cured the horrible clanking, so the front CCT was obviously weak. Just the rear to do now but I wanted to rule out it definitely being the front, so I didn't want to fit both simultaneously without running it.

Runs fine now, need to back it off ever so slightly I think it has the slightest screech very quiet on startup despite us setting it pretty carefully. Not worried, it's not far off and I know the engine is good now!

Question on temp. Refilled the cooling system, it all got hot quite quick, all pipes and both rads got hot, needle on gauge moved ever so slightly but didnt seem to want to climb even though it was sat idling. Fan didn't cut in, it didn't over heat, but it just seemed to me to be getting quite hot. Do they get very hot before fan cuts in and where does temp gauge normally sit on an early one?

They warm up quick then seem to stabilise takes ages for the temp to rise to the point where the fan has to kick in

On a normal day about 1 third round the Dail on a hot day about half way mate

Thanks for that, I am probably being paranoid, but with what's happened so far on this bike I am not surprise3d. I'll just go for a run and keep an eye on it!
