I'm not sure I will be able to fit them as they are too clean. You will want me to wear marigolds and a white coat or something and pushing me out the way mid fitting to wipe the tiniest speck of dust off. :lol:

As long as they get a good coat of wax they are very easy to clean .

Was having a sort of mini vtr workshop a bit earlier, what better use for a large kitchen :P Mate of mine just bought the yellow storm in the pics ( you should hear from him soon) Nice and quite original bike, r/r already done and cct's replaced 2k miles ago so just stopper mod to do for now. Was swapping back wheels, just needs a tyre for the MOT which is in the morning so having a lend of my rear until he gets a tyre fitted later in the day.

yep done that, GT85 is also very good for getting any tar and grease marks of pretty well. it will be interesting to see what there like after my 3000 mile trip starting today for Austria. new tyres so taking it steady intil Cherbourg etc. :biggrin

Sorry mac, it was an easy knock of a wounded man... But if the cap fits :lol:



On the bike front, I rebuilt my little 125 last night after getting it rebored with the oversize piston and got it stinking hot to cook the new rings. Will take it for mot this morning....wish me luck

well thats what my nan thinks, my nan was watching murder she wrote the other day, when i asked her if she liked the programme, she replied, i only watch it for the fashion(clothes) ..... :lol:
i had no answer to that...... :eek2

I will be honest, I do question my ability to find someone to put up with me on a more permanent basis due to the fact i do stupid things every now and then... like in past rebuild my bike in my kitchen :lol:
