HI guys, I'm managing to get around a bit now after being laid up for nearly 5 weeks with a bad back but unfortunately unable to ride, I can only just about walk so I won't be attending the ride out :(
However cheekyads and myself still intend to come down for the race day, our plan is to drive down in the van Saturday afternoon, stop in a travel lodge over night and then come to the racing on Sunday, with this in mind can anyone who is going to the racing please PM their mobile nbr so we can meet you all somewhere in the circuit, or where ever is suitable :D

Oh, if anyone knows of a B&B in that area can they please forward it on to me

Geo what are you thinking of doing, you camping the weekend or just coming down for the Saturday ride out?

It was great to see you guys again. Baz, Tony and Jonesy!! Mr T.M Tom found us some great roads with Stretch's recommendation and Mike did a great job at leading considering he has only had a full licence for 1 year and 8 days and was on a 600!! hehe

I really appreciated the offer of a ride on your bikes but to be honest, it would have left me depressed for a long time. Time is a great healer and going on Tony's bike would have just ripped open the wound!! lol

I wish we had a few more turn up but there was precipitation in the air so I can understand :P I was very surprised that we had such great weather. Normally the Firestorm rides I attend have rain! hehe.

Anyhow, can we get another in this year? I need to go to the southeast as I haven't been there on a bike yet.

PS: I have some footage. I'll put something together after I have finished the charity DVD I am doing :)

Shame that Bazza was ill, so missed the racing.
Not a bad day at the track.
Finally got home 21.00 hours Sun eve.

Good ride-out, though, a few nice bendy bits, and some nice local scenery; which for a change you could see!
