Hi Al, found some info on the drill...
It's a Tauco DP220 from Milwakie, made in 1940ish.
It will need some work before use, the wiring needs a plug and tidying up. Also the belt on top is frayed.
Here is a page I found with some DP220 enthusiasts

I'm sure if cleaned up and after a bit of tlc it would be not only a good solid drill but, worth a bit of cash too.

I am sure I can sort the motor & Belt out one way or another. now concerned that the replacement chuck will be tough to find, but I know some old boys who might be able to point me in the right direction.
I will still take it, will give Lloydie the cash either before or after he goes
