How's Marty doing today? Starting the recovery process I hope.
What is it with us stormers? We seem to be good at the flying bit by sh1t at the landing bit

There must be a course of some sort that we can do to sort this out

Glad it happened up north, cos if it had been down here I might have ended up looking after him in hospital.
That might have been fun, as he makes a terrible patient. He's a grumpy bar steward when he's in hospital.
As for the pretty nurses, thats ok dude, he knows he can look, its the touching bit that he must resist. Some of the doctors are pretty hot, so its eye candy for both of us.

Norma here,
Turns it , its not just a broken collar bone, but he's broke his shoulder blade as well

. At the moment he's tucked up in bed where all the pretty nurses are and he goes under the knife tomorrow afternoon, so they can fix his collar bone (steal plate and a couple of screws). This is to make him more comfortable and stabalise his arm enough to give the shoulder blade a chance to heal. So he will be in PRI until Wednesday at the latest.
Hopefully get the bike back tomorrow, so will post some pictures and you can tell me what you think.
A big thanks to everybody.
Just to say, my forehead is titanium, my upper jaw is actually my hip, my nose is carbon/plastic composite an my teeth are ceramic. Just like a demon tweeks catalogue!
Doctors are fab, they have the technology, they can rebuild you (cue Steve Austin sound effetc... na na na na na na na na na na...)
I was pretty messed up, but after surgery and some time, am absolutely fine with no loss of movement or any problems.
Reassurring both of you that everything will turn out fine. I found that physiotherapists were the hottest of the hotties, so maybe it'll be worth claiming an extra stiff, difficult to move arm
Best wishes to you for a speedy exit from hospital (I hated being in there for 4 weeks, I'm a bastiche in there too) and a great recovery at home.
You'll be back to A1 conditon in no time

Marty & Norma
I'm sorry I've only just read this! I was so peeved at being too far away to come on the romp that I'd stopped reading anything that looked even remotely related.
Marty, you poor sausage! Thanks for the nipple-shot. I guess you discovered my weakness... (insert Homer-like drooling sound effect), but the above bit looks 'orrible!
You've picked a common pair of bones to bust. My father did the same thing coming off his KE80! Now, that's an old man who fully recovered, so here's wishing the same to you.
