I'd hate to have an accident and then be 'uninsured' because I didn't declare my LED indicators or something silly like that.

They would find some other reason to get out of it. I don't care about the what ifs, as long as long as I come up on ANPR as being insured that is all I'm concerned about. I will worry about the other stuff if/when I'm involved in an accident and if they want to lock me up then so be it. If it ends up costing me some money then so be it, as what I pay out then would most likely work out less than extra payed to insurance companies over the years. And to top it off every time you make a claim theu increase you premium. Scamming b8stard. Legalised extortion is what it is.

I feel your pain lloydie, when my storm is finished, I will only be telling them about the cans, because as far as I know the rest of the bike came like that, and as I'm not up on my bike knowledge, I haven't got a clue as to what is and isn't standard....

Every time I mention over 3 mods the price go's up £300 then when I add paint most won't quote but them that do ask me to bend over !!

So I'm only going to tell them about 3 what 3 we'll see

I ain't looking forward to that lloydie, if its stupid money, the bike might have to be moved on, i'll need a multi bike policy. another 3 months or so before I look for quotes.
