on a private runway, not done anything at bodywork, spent last 2 or 3 months rebuilding a 2.2 engine out of my 4x4, blew the bottom end while off roading. needed the storm to get to work.  got 2 new tyres to fit to that too sat upstairs, rears slick in the middle.only just come in now from working on the jeep, god its bad news trying to remember where every thing goes. will have this back on the road in next day or so, then will be starting on the bike.

I'd be amazed if the SP2/SP1 bodywork fits the Firestorm.

In any case Blade plastic looksa better bet.

Not on standard gearing though, and have even bigger issue now....I cant remove the front sprocket retaining nut its that tight, would i damage anything if i was to use heat? or would it be better bet to try mr windy gun. failing that what about welding a bar onto the nut, and replacing it? anyone else had this problem?

Last time I had a front sprocket stuck like that I had
a 3 foot extension bar on it,
with my brother sat on the pillion
and my mum standing on the rear brake
It still wouldnt shift

So I took it to my local garage with my socket

I held the bike up, in neutral without even having the rear brake on
Mr windy gun just undid the nut no bother at all

Hope this helps you come to the right decision

Never had that problem.

I'd try windy gun first.

Too much heat will soften the steel - or warp it.

Might be best to try to chisel the nut off - gently!!
