What have I done indeed!

I actually created a new fitness plan for the newer riders like me, it's called "Rugby TO the-Colchester-ish-area in 90 minutes while the weather is absolutely sh1t and every car on the road tries to kill you" I don't think it will be my greatest success though.

Gotta say though, despite the conditions and the fact I was absolutely hammering it; I didn't feel any discomfort at any point, and I don't feel overly tired right now either. :D

You naughty boy! I hope by the term "hammering it" you actually mean, obeying the speed limits, planning ahead, treating other road users with respect and general courtesy while maintaining a level headed attitude and mechanical sympathy for your transport... I'm guessing you just tucked in and stretched your throttle cables tho! :D

I visited El Presidente of Grain today and I didn't even need the sacrificial goat! I came away with a good loot, very pleased :) Spent some time in the Mac cave talking about bones, bugs, bikes and broomsticks!

Thanks Mac, top bloke and makes a 1st class Macachino

I have just installed rear swingarm, dog bone linkages, rear shock, rear wheel. Moving on to the forks in a min. Might get a crimbo cane at this rate!! :)

I couldn't have done it in 90 minutes if I obeyed the speed limit

Although I did do everything else! Was properly crouched over the tank to reach the breakneck speeds of 80mph ( plus maybe 20 or so  )

You free tomorrow? :P

While I'm on a mad photo frenzy, I wanted to show you my favourite bit so far, I smoothed off the brace welds before the swinger was powdercoated, i'm right proud! Image
