he seems a great bloke, iam so looking forward to getting them back and painting them, there pretty good but may as well do them now there off, Iam gonna clean up the WP shock spring and collars etc then get it fitted. I checked all the exhaust bolts and copper slipped them up.
I may even take a day off to get it all back together. I will go careful first ride. I hoping it will make a big difference.

Fitted the Moriwaki full system
Got slight clearance issues with the swingarm brace, but I've got a couple of ideas to sort it.

Stripped down the WP shock, cleaned up and painted the adj rings, clean up the spring and bottom retainer plate. Stripped the brakes on the front, sadly haven't had the forks back yet from Roger but lots to do still.

Looks good Jamie where's the pic of the full system, headers included.
Well today I put the rear end of my bike back together with recently serviced calliper and new pads. Just got to investigate why the brake light switch is not working. I wanted to do this before filling with fluid and bleeding, but then realised as a pressure switch it will need pressure for me to test for continuity.

I shall bleed the brakes tomorrow now as it's dusk.
The two little brake reservoir bolts have rusted bad

winter is really taking it toll.

This is a Honda not a Suzuki, why are all the nuts and bolts getting so bad

I can see over time I'm going to want to change all the nuts and bolts to Stainless or Ti which may work out a bit expensive. Maybe this why they rust..... as Honda where on a budget.
