Got the exhausts mounted as I want them. Had to chop the Remus hangers about a bit...jeez they're made of tough stuff, my dremel burnt out within 5 mins, and it had a brand new cutting disc in it. Out with the angle grinder, even that took some doing, but got there in the end.

The links are now a bit closer than is perfect to the footrests, causing an interesting foot position, although when I tried it I did have work boots on. Maybe they'll be a bit better with my bike boots on. May have to get used to riding with my feet out on the end of the pegs, we'll see how it goes.

Indi's were done by prev owner.
It actually had a dark DB screen on when I got it, but I changed it for the MRA because they are quality.
Bikini fairing is hardly a ' Mod '.

All totally unnecessary, except for the tank, hugger, fender extender, Dynojet kit, Braided lines.........

Finally finished the USD forks conversion and fitted these:

A certain helpful member on here made them up out of a bit of scrap Titanium. These ones fit nicely, his manufacturing is more accurate than my measuring
They are captive wheel spacers, you can just see the .5mm lip in the first pic, which slips into the seal and stays with the wheel, unlike the fiddly bloody standard ones that fall out as you try to get the wheel in place.
The carbon plate underneath in the photo is part of tomorrow's project.

So the bike's finally back on its wheels and out of the conservatory (thanks for the help, Duffy!), insured, and ready for use. I can't tax it on line as the insurance hasn't updated on the DVLA website yet, so that'll be a job for Monday.
Might have a little cheeky ride to get the head bearings bedded in tomorrow, though, round my private test route- off-road, of course, Officer.
