Spent a few hours today cleaning up my headers and there now ready to go back on the bike

be able to finally get my vipers on and see what it sounds like

CK you may want to consider some heat resistant lacquer if those headers are looking like new. I put 2 solid days work into polishing mine and they just go rusty again unless you keep on top of it and give them a clean once a week or something. It's heartbreaking to put that much work into something only to see them go back to how they where.
I have not tried this yet but VHT do a clear heat resistant lacquer designed for exhausts.

Carl if I go back to standard headers, I'll try some of that laquer

I reckon the metal will still go a goldie colour but should stop them going cruddy!

Finished cleaning up the brake discs and now they look new :-) .
Dragged it out the garage for a wash as it really needed it .
Then gave it a polish then a coat of Finns wax and to finish a coat of hydra wax


Nice and clean and shiny once again
