Best wishes to Mrs Watty

Lastnight...

Well it was Valentine's Day so I treated my beloved to a night out shopping, first stop was Leevtr's house..

Cheers for the cuppa, excellent bike polish and beautiful carbon cans.

Top chap

Also picked up another fireblade swingarm on the way home, was a ebay bargain (as I was the only bidder!) poor chap spent his afternoon cleaning it up, removing the old chain, greasing the bearings etc... I couldn't bring myself to tell him I was going to hack the brace off and throw the rest away!!

Then when I got home there was another bargain in a box by the front door, carbon fibre R1 hugger.

Roses are red, violets are blue, I love my bike.

Looks good with those cans Jamie  I'll get a pic of mine up when I figure out why they do line up. Got another set of headers and pipes to try, just need a break in the rain to fit them.

agentpineapple wrote:What diameter are the brake discs web, I'm running 330mm wavy Armstrong's on mine, pain in the butt to check the front tyre pressure tho...
320mm still nothing on the mammonth 929/954 discs lol but bigger and better than the standard Suzuki ones

most people encounter warped discs on the K5 / K6 fairly early on, dont know if its sh1t original discs or excessive heat build up that causes it but glad its fixed now

it was so bad i was convinced i had a bent wheel lol coming off the motorway i squeezed the front praying there was no pump back and phew all was good and true

Jamie that storms looking good mate

any gas leak with those standard linkpipes in that position? i tried that once on some blueflame cans and link pipes but couldn't get a good seal would piss me off when i went passed park cars the noise it would make

Set the newly painted and "Rogerered" forks up as per the set up list i was sent, I've noticed a difference with the bike just bouncing the forks up and down, i can't wait to ride it!!!. The shock (WP) will be changed at the end of the month, then pls bring in some dry weather. Bugger aim looking forward to this summer :)

You'll be like a dog with two Richard when you ride it with both front and rear set up :-)
