over the last few week my backs been giving me pain as i was working with a guy with a bad back who couldn't share the picking and loading
Didn't something like this happen last year or the year before which ended in you damaging your back at work and taking time off, suing them etc.

I would have thought that you back pain now is aggravated from the previous injury. Once one has had a serious back injury it will never be the same again. It will never be 100% healed and always a weak point. So take care Seb think about your back when lifting things mate. I find it best if once one feels any excess strain or twinging then it's best to stop right away. Catch it before it gets worse and rest the back from whatever your doing to cause it even if that means bed rest lying flat on your back for a couple of days.

Yeah few years ago that if i remember right, never sued them tho, that was lifting a box that had been put where it wouldn't fit by a full retard had to get it out and the only way to get it out was to pull the wombles from above, problem was it was 50kg over over and i had to straddle across above it and it was bellow my feet, i remember that pain it like shot down my back and hurt when i took a breath too but was mainly in the upper spine

this is a different worse pain deep in my lower back it feels, think somthing has twisted inside me as thats what seems to have caused it lifting heavy sh1t from waist height twisting quickly putting it on a belt then twisting back and repeating for about 3 thousand boxes a night, most 20kg or more and upto stupid weights, pissed right off with it only nice day we have had in ages and its still bad spent all of Saturday and today on bed or in a bath

Been a busy bee today. Spent 5 hours in the sun today. There are 5 differences, if you can spot them you get to sit on the bike next time you see it

If they are they won't be on mine long :( its just to see if my headers were bent which they must be cause these ones all line up fine. So I find myself in need of a new completely straight headers

Thinking about painting the fork bottoms and calipers on the gixxer at some point,

the paint has faded so much its doing my head in

i want it to look factory again and not be like a shiny smooth finish

What type of paint would you use for this i think i saw a post that wicky did once that looked great?

Tweaked my suspension a bit more

Took mine for a bimble today :)

Scoffed a bacon roll and washed it down with a coffee in Burnham on crouch.

Rode the Storm for the first time in too long a while. Sun shining and roads reasonably dry. Feeling quite destressed as a result  (those white circles with red borders are only advisory speed limits......aren`t they? )
