i agree…….once you get into the renthals you can't imagine going back………..and I blame Lloydie for getting me to try it.

I thought they felt really uncomfortable when I tried some today :( Much prefer the foetal position :lol:

you need a few hundred miles to recalibrate, just riding 50 will not be enough

wife saw a bed sale so spent £610 on a mattress on the way home.

Not unless you were a cockerel called Winston that woke me up at 06.30, and kept going all morning.

By 9.30 I was at my sister's in Cov.

Then around 1 I was trying beds out and seeing if the memory foam was having any effect.


Clearly it wasn't as I spent more money than I have in the bank....and it's only the 2nd of the month..... :whatever

Finally got back on the road yesterday after some work on the wheels.

Had them powder coated, new brake pads and brake hoses on the front. One new brake disk - the old one had a run out of 1mm, should have been < 0.03mm. Hmm, I guess thats why it was juddering when I tried to stop. And a front brake re-furb.

Ok, ok I may have had a tad help from time server fitter + turner other half (no no no no!! use the torque wrench, not the mallet!!! ) but when you work on your machine it help you bond with it, dont you think :)
