Replaced the front cbr1000rr 06 radial master cylinder for the f4i and woho I have great breaks again so wasn't pads after all .
Cable clutch feels great much more direct feel and I even managed to pop a clutch wheelie :-) .

a tough old day today, me and carlos toiled away putting a rolling chassis together with a minty fresh engine inside it.
put my hagon shock back on aswell, lots of disappearing nuts and bolts.... :Argue:
but we got there in the end, still lots to do before the bike is anywhere rideable.
pictures tomorrow, i'm to knackered now.... :Sleep2:

good news on both............I would like to try the cable clutch next time, we can see how they compare in the drag race we forgot to have :D

and no, before Virt pipes up, a drag race is not were you see who can get the dress and make up on first

I best get doing some fast starts then as I've never done one on the storm due to clutch grab and shitting myself !!

Totally removed the paint from the WP shock and its now getting powder coated, i was not happy with the paint. Polished the bike ready for a Sat blast. hopefully dry and warm at 11 degs :lol: :lol: :lol:

I'm hoping for a dry Sat too! :thumbup:

Tonight I put my shock back on, linkages, swingarm, rear wheel etc and put my freshly "Jonesey'd" front calipers on, filled up with fluid and put my shorty titax levers on.

Also popped the airbox lid off to loctite all the screws, after my rear brake reservoir went awol I've been worried incase I missed any other bolts.

Only a few bits left and my bike is finito!!
