Spent four hours cleaning it and going over the bike, removed about a hundred shards of glass from the rear tire, this is probably why it started to feel wombles the other week, I rode through a big car crash but didn't think to check the tires after

Could someone please tell me the 3 adjustable bits. I know the spring. But what does the remote bit adjust. What does the Grey wheel at the bottom adjust Thanks Paul. I know the bottom threads adjust the ride height.

Remote adjusts compression damping and bottom adjusts rebound damping

Stripped out all the swinging arm, greased all the linkage and fitted the WP Shock, changed the oil and filter and a quick test ride even though it was hacking it down it felt so much better. I need to get the adjustments right along with the Rogered Forks.Took it for its MOT bloody advisory for "Noisy Exhaust" lol

That's right mate. Bike needs 8mm static sag, then when suspension is pushed down rebound damping should be set to return as fast as possible but under control. As for compression damping Roger recommended my Penske be set at number 4 for road use and 6 for track use. Hope that helps but I'm sure there will be a link on the forum somewhere for more detailed explanation.

It is,it did feel a bit odd to start, felt higher up, but by 20 miles it was great, once id got used to it. I think the rebound is returning a bit slow though.overall very very happy with it. Now just a belly pan!!!!
