Try a thin piece of plastic, stick it inside the seal and work it all the way around... With new seals weeping, it's either grime, or damage to the seal... This gets most possible grime out, so you don't need to swap the seal or remove the fork...

I would say not having a proper garage to work on the bike right now..... Should last too much longer but it has gotten very old......

At leas you have a garage. I just have a back yard so have the elements to deal with.
