Glad to hear you are on the mend, 3 bikes?
Looks like you've got it bad.
At least there won't be a shortage of parts eh!
New bike looks good with the donor bits on board.
Keep us posted.

3 bikes... yea, i'm just greedy. Can't help myself

It won't last though... my trio for now.
And my poor baby below.... after all the work iv'e done on her I felt awful taking her apart... Will crack on with taking the yellow bike a part and then will start to play with this one
The new one below after I finished robbing everything I wanted to swap over. By time I finish the one above we will be going into winter so the new one will then come of the road for a winter makeover.

Well, took the bike out for a bit yesterday, only up the road.... 10 miles maybe. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Bike feels so different to my old one, much lighter on the steering... not saying the old one is right but that is what I was used to. Also when I hit a small ridge or pot hole... bang! At a quick glance the settings on the 2 bikes are different... now got to have a read up on how to set them up cause at the mo I have no idea how to set up forks

Last but not least... clunk. Gives the impression that the head bearing is worn but I can seem to get any play there when I try... maybe low oil in forks can cause all this? I dunno. Either way, will take the quick option and rob a set of forks off one of the other bikes and then see how she feels.
