Check out the part number on that as you don't want the later model loom as the ecu is different. You are better off taking jazz up on the offer as you know where it's from.

Not a bad idea swapping the whole loom over as the electrical fault you have could be anywhere in the loom :roll: A day at my gaff, strip your bike down and swap the lot over, it wouldn't be to much work and we have mine to compare it to. :thumbup:

I was watching them as well, was thinking of putting a cheeky bid on. :lol: :lol:
Don't know if they are genuine SP1 though. I thought the SP1 uppers where gold in colour.

I can't really afford it at the mo anyway :(

oh well tony, looks like you were one of many looking at those forks, its rare these days to find soething someone else hasn't got there eye on, but it doe's happen still, you just have to be lucky, i've never seen a good pair of sp forks go cheap tho :(

This would be a useful piece of kit for the workshop. The only issue would come if you need to remove the Swingarm. NWS used to make a very similar item but I don't know whether this is one of theirs-

Not E Bay but there is an ad in the latest edition of Practical Sportsbikes for some Firestorm bits. Reads as follows -
Honda Firestorm 1997 front x2 calipers nissin, Baglux tankbag in yellow( :sick: ) £35, front forks x2 Showa £85, carbon fairing lower £40 tel 07855 495421 WORCESTER.
