Today my new front brake master cylinder finally arrived so I have been an bought some brake fluid, engine oil and filter so if the rains holds off I shall ne in the garden fitting that little lot later :) fingers crossed.

I have also taken the missus and one of my brother's out. Got my brother his first pair of bike boots and the missus got some new boots and gloves. So an expensive day. Theb again it could have been worse. I very nearly bought a shoei gt air helmet. Looked very nice. Felt nice too. Only £480

You will need to get the rest of the bike chromed now. :biggrin They do look nice and I cant think of anyone with polished cam covers. What did you coat them with in the end?

fitted the adapter plates to the rear peg / exhaust hangers to lift the angle of the pipes………looks good :D

No problems not coated with anything decided it was the best way. Not much mess gets up there & each time the tank comes off just a quick polish with some autosol. Front one is easy to reach anyways.
