Keep up, Kev.

Oh, sorry, just remembered the colour.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

After some problems with my front brake I brought an sp1 master cylinder for the front. Got that bled up but the brakes were not as good as I was expecting for having the blade front end. So over the course of this week I ordered a very small pot of red rubber grease and new brake pads (ebc hh) and last night I stripped the calipers to find that most of the pistons were seizing in the calipers and they were a pain to pull out. After a clean and new grease, around an hour bleeding the lever went solid and they felt ok, on the drive. Today I took her to work and nearly ended up butt over tit! Tried them out and what I got was not what I was expecting.... They were amazing. They stop on a 2p and feel great. I can feel a lot more through the lever now than I could before. Well worth spending the couple of hours stripping and cleaning.

Hope it'll be done it time for the work shop day
you'll never live down the shame if you have to attend with a standard rear shock...

had a visit from the cyberman today, we tinkered with the carbs, fitted the carb balancing pipes, I forgot the t-piece and had to pop to Halfords. I also gave it a nice polish and fitted my new decal...
set the tps, adjusted the mixture, torqued up a few bits, yesterday I fitted a new yoke cover and tank pad.
i'm going to need to sort out the starter motor as its making a strange noise on start up, i'll probably swap the one from the other engine for now. I also need to get the front wheel balanced...
looking good for a shake down ride this weekend...

After installing a dynojet kit and done some maintenance to my bike last few weeks,
I finally managed to take her for a spin on a dyno.

Mixture is a bit to rich but the bike feels and drives great with the dynojet kit installed.

A little movie of the run, i dont know wtf shes spitting out but she survived.
